DENTAL INSURANCE

Our goal is to ensure you receive the maximum allowable benefits given by your insurance plan. Please bring your insurance card or papers on the first visit.  All services are to be paid for at the time they are rendered unless other financial arrangements have been made in advance. As a courtesy to our patients, we will assist you in determining what portion of your treatment is covered by insurance and also submit your insurance claims for you.  Any benefits will be paid directly to you. Please note that certain procedures are not covered by your insurance. Our business personnel will be happy to discuss these details with you.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We have a variety of fee arrangements to ensure that any portion not covered by insurance is affordable.  We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, & Discover).  In addition, we offer payment plans provided by Care Credit (0% financing on approved credit for up to 18 months).
